  1. Of even greater interest, the WKS-76 double keyboard variant.

  2. One thing that strikes me as off - they have a blank panel on the right side of the keyboard, and yet put the controller wheels up at the top of the front panel. One would think that they would put the "extra" panel space to the left of the keyboard and put wheels there. I wonder why they didn't do that?

It would be understandable if they had the keyboard capped by the end on both sides, but if you're going to have extra panel space along-side the keyboard, the decision to put NOTHING on the right instead of the wheels on the left is... odd.

  3. very bad placements for controlers

  4. if you look closely you will see that those "blank" spaces are actually drive bays, one with a CDROM and one with a Floppy drive. They also double as a surface for the mouse. I am not arguing that the controllers are placed well, just making the point that the space on the right is not wasted.

  5. well, when you play music I doubt the floppy disc is very important :)

  6. Putting a sempron in a multi-thousand-euro device strikes me as a bit rubbish. Still, I suppose it makes for an easy upgrade for those with half a clue.

  8. Question is, is this a Keyboard or a UNIX Mini computer? I wonder if there is an edition that can be used by a whole orchestra? (Without any built in Keyboard but with connectors for 128 MIDI controllers)
