I copped a feel of one of these controllers a few weeks ago. It felt -- um --- odd. It didn't excite me, but, the software was pretty interesting. I didn't get a chance to A/B patches on the synth and the software (I don't own an MS20, sadly), but, as sure as you got one MS20 it might match up, but, another will be totally different!!!! Vive La Analogue!
You can get these overlays from the Korg Legacy Yahoo Group. They also make blank overlays. It's for the MS-20 retrospective recreation.
I've yet to print these out as I don't have any A4 or thick paper, but am looking forward to it. The Polysix overlay also was accompanied by a remapped midi configuration.

Since that's the MS20ish USB controller, it's obviously an overlay for the legacy collection poly 6, right? Or were you asking about something else?
