Looks like a stock Memorymoog from what I see there. It's probably a rebranding for the worship market; keep in mind that Moog had a connection to this via Dave Van Koevering, who later did a lot to push MIDI tech to the worship audio market.

Sequential Circuits did a drive like this too .. you can still find churches with a Prophet 5 tucked away in some storage area of the choir loft.
Yeh I guess it makes sense to pitch to the biggest richest corporations in the world.... Why'd they need a different name though? That's just weird... Oh yeh... Churches... What was I thinking? ;)
