    thats mine.
    i wish i could sit the inspirational toys onto a GDS .
    i can only dream .

    the fz-1 is new and well nice btw .

    it does have INCREDIBLE filters .
    and a well nice interface for a knobless black box .

  5. But of course the GDS was the patch development system for the early Synergy so it's something you can much more readily obtain with I guess kind of a subset of the GDS sounds.

    As for the FZ-1 , well I'm sure you could load up Synergy samples and come a little closer. I'm surprised at the filter comments, I guess you can set the filter for something aggressive but it certainly doen't have anything like a classic analog sound like say the real analog Korg DSS-1 filters have. That said, in it's day the FZ-1 was a very good sampler value for the money.
