Im curious why you didn't point out the fact that it says matrixsynth on the matrix board!
ReplyDeleteI thought it was old news. The Vostok has been around for years and has been featured here a number of times. What's interesting is you aren't the only one to recently mention that. See the comments of this recent post.
ReplyDeleteA while back people were sending me their synths with Matrixsynth as the patch name. I beleive someone sent me the Vostok and I put up a post then, but I can't seem to find it at the moment.

ReplyDeleteI always wondered if anyone ever bought one of those Vostoks. Personally, I hated how it sounded when I demo'd one. I think they were hoping that people would assume that its sound was similar to a synthi and buy it, when in reality, the only thing similar is the matrix.
