  1. One of these was used in the original Doctor Who theme.

  2. Oh, that's not the original Dr. Who theme. That sounds more like Theme #5:

As they say in the vid, Ron Grainer composed it.

  4. Look at the buyer. : )

The odd thing is I waited about twenty minutes after putting it up before jumping. By then I figured what the heck, if it hasn't sold yet, it was a sign...

It looks dusty and there is a missing slider cap, but hopefully it will be all right.

I always wanted and Odyssey. I once picked up a White face but it was in bad shape and I heard about the resin covered boards so I sent it back. I originally always wanted a red and orange version. I'm curious as to how they compare. I know about the original 2-pole on the white, the ladder on the first gold and then the final filter on the later golds and this version. I also figure the orange is the latest that was manufactured so hopefully that will translate into slighter better quality and life.

  5. Matrix, don't some of the Orange/Black Odysseys have the same constuction as very late 2600s as well, in that the internal modules aren't always potted? If that's the case in this one, it's quite a useful buy, as you can easily get it reverted to the original filter, do some other mods, etc...?

  6. Have fun replacing all the old crusty sliders.

  7. I'm not sure on the mods. I have heard of the filter being capped and a mod that will get the filter to go past the capped range. As for the sliders, yeah, I am curious how this one will be as well considering it was sold as being mint. Regardless it should be easy enough to take care of.
