keybdwizrd - Four Virus TI and Micro X Duets

  1. Nice demonstration of the Virus TI! Do you usually use it as a monophonic lead? How is the multi-timbrality(is that even a word?) of the TI compared to the Micro X? I use my Novation Nova, which I like to think of as a super-duper poorman's Virus, mainly for leadseven though it is 16 part muti-timbral. I use the K2500 for all the drums, rythm parts, arps, and of course an awsome MIDI control surface. I like your chops!

  2. Thanks, I certainly use the TI polyphonically. If you visit my channel on YouTube (www.youtube.com/keybdwizrd) you'll find many more video demos of my TI Polar.

Both the Micro X and the TI are 16-part multitimbral. In reality, however, it can often be challenging to have more than a few TI patches playing at the same time. The complexity of a patch and use of effects can dramatically affect polyphony.
