fwiw , I was told those 8 memory buttons were the first patch memory to analog synth market.....anyway to save a patch you touch the write button and then touch another finger on the patchnumber you want to save to until its light quits blinking a few seconds later, then you recall the patch by touching the number,...the OB-1 had gray and black knobs , the black ones were locked in memory patch mode and the grey ones you can interact in real time, the thing to watch out for is that when you switch back to manual mode, all the those black knobs take over where ever they happen to be ......that can be good or bad depending on the situation ....nice synth, I sequence mine with a x0xb0x and mix back and forth and in the middle between that 303 quack and the OB-1 growl
ReplyDeletePossible Scam. No history of selling synths. Paypal protection to only $200.
ReplyDeleteBeware of that seller's Alto Sax piece auction too. It's photographed on the same exact vaporware table as the OB-1 case in the OB-1 auction.
ReplyDeleteAlready $500. Jeez, let the hipsters get scammed. They deserve it.
ReplyDeleteScam or not matrix gets his cut.
ReplyDeletewow i think anonymous above is maybe trying to scare off other bidders because he wants it himself for a lower price. not that i want to see prices on these things rocket skywards either... i want to buy them too... however, i don't see what looks fishy about this auction myself.. what is a vapourware table anyways? never cry wolf
ReplyDeleteHow so ? how does he get a cut?
ReplyDeleteYou see that "rover.ebay.com" bullshit on all the auction links?
