Caveman

via this auction.

Details:
"This is a homemade noise synth built by the seller. This monster features 4 oscillators with an oscillator mix knob for blending waves in and out of phase, 1 wave inverter/sync switch for the LFO, low pass filter, 1/4" output on the backside, and finally a labeled on/off toggle on top. This is built into a very cool retro "Caveman" video game case made by Tandy in the late 70's. It operates on 9 volt battery which is housed in the original battery compartment. Don't miss out on this one of a kind instrument, you'll never see one like this again. The sounds this unit puts out are perfect for noise, experimental, acid, gabber & glitch music. It's sounds can range from pounding rhythms, juicy wet bass tones, synthy LFO sweeps, and all sorts of bleeps, bloops, klangs, warbles etc. If you are using software or a sampler/sequencer this is a great source for building 8 - bit leads, acidy bass lines, hard kick drum sounds and other hit samples."
