  1. that's really cool his Oddy had digital patch storage, but was it really necessary to keep the string bass player, the pianist, and the entire horn section behind that Soul Train logo display prop?

  2. saw this on audiolemon. I wonder what the gold synth is?

  3. I like how the Oddy was duct taped to bar stool.

  4. Not only did the Oddy have digital patch storage, but it also had that long forgotten technology "Psychic Patch and Controller change" one look from you and voila, you've got a whole new sound!

  5. Man, I was beaten to the punch by STG and iso-topic. I was just getting ready to comment on the digital patch storage (Sequential 700?), the ESP controller interface (perhaps a Buchla 222e or Lightning?), and the wireless audio on the keyboards.

  6. sheesh, don't you know gaffer's tape from duct tape?

  7. I don't care how mental his oddity was - he was in the Beatles for heavens sake - he could probably afford hidden remote cassette tape patch storage!

  8. Just so you know, they are not playing live. That of coarse also helps the whole patch change thing. Thats also why there is no horn section visable and no close-ups of the drummer

  9. No way. The horn section is dancing in the audience. If you look closely you can spot them. I had to watch it 15 times to find all of them.

  10. there is no horn section nor is this live, you can see him miss the second half of the first synth phrase.
