Shortcut to select each instrument (rather than turning the damn wheel) is to hold down FUNCTION and then press any of the 16 buttons at the bottom to select that instrument.

ReplyDeleteIs that an SPS-1 or an SPS-1UW?
ReplyDeleteIt's an SPS1-UW, all machines are sample machines. I know that shortcut also :) But when I build a pattern sometimes I don't know where the machines are, and I like scrolling through them. Also when mute is on, I sometimes like scrolling through with the wheel to avoid leaving mute mode.
