  1. is there any point to that blog other than simply reposting Paul S's emails to the MOTM mailing list (and reposting the text for modules from MOTM's website)? wtf?

  4. ok anon #3, point taken

i'll start up a blog as well and start reposting MOTM's adverts. w00t. can never have enough.

and also, i don't believe you that there's any new modular synth users who aren't aware of MOTM. prove it.

  5. I've actually stumbled upon DYI modular synths via MOTM. It was the first system I looked at when I googled for the DYI modulars out there.

Reasons for 'reposting' some items, is that not everyone wants to be a member of the yahoo user groups to read news. Synthtechs own website currently does not get updated too often, and the last reason is sheer enthusiasm about MOTM.
I try and mix content on my webblog as much as possible with my own content, as well as news from Synthtech.
I'll try and up the ante on original stuff in the near future.

To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.
