  1. Yep. I abbreviated all the labels when I briefly switched to a three column design so they would not wrap. I'll revert them all back over time.

  2. I have the Oasys PCI card which is still a super high quality soudning card 8 years on. And the UI is easy to get around and intuitive. That John Bowen was responsible for the OASYS makes me think this Solaris is going to be damn nice.

  3. OK, now its time for all the hundreds of shit talkers from before that said that they would DEFINITELY buy one the second the time was announced to put up or shut up. I have a feeling many people were all talk before and that the preorders will be small and limited to people who are already working musicians. That said, once used ones start pooping up for cheap I will probably check one out myself.

  4. I am an anonymous sleepwalker if that helps :-)

I need to play one before I buy.

  5. Why play before you buy when he offers a money back guarantee?

  6. I'd like to hear some samples before I ploink money down on pre-order.

I think the synth will sound great, but the physical UI looks uninspired and mired in the 80's.

The main draw of an external synth these days, to me, is the UI.

    Shipping costs money.

  8. Yeah, the hard part for most of us will be finding a store that actually has one to demo once they come out. I'll bet that if you aren't in NY, LA Chicago, London, etc. you won't be able to demo one at all.
