    The only memorable thing about the this synth was how I had to bundle it with another useless piece of kit - akai drum machine in order to be able to get rid of two pieces that were some of the crappiest aquisitions I ever made.

    This particular piece of kit was perhaps the coldest, least enjoyable synth I ever played with - and I played with quite a few.

    Your money is best spent on something else

    Perhaps it is your playing style that is crappy. The Prophet VS is a great synth, and there is nothing quite like it.

    I liked the VS, unfortunately the aftertouched went south on many of these keyboards. Replacement parts are scarce too.

    meh, that's nothing my Korg Oasys can't do, if supplemented by 8400 mmm modules and a whole lot of gold.
