I'd still have an XL-7 today if there was any way to dump the sequencer to a Mac OS X program. E-mu never updated its E-Loader to run in Mac OS X, and one cannot sys-ex dump the sequencer. There's no other way to back up the sequencer on that thing.
ReplyDeleteThat said, by far it has been the best hardware sequencer I've ever used.
I've got an Intel Mac these days, with the capacity to run Windows using Boot Camp. This may mean another XL-7 in my future. :D
