  1. I thought of a couple of Ts that I'd like to see:

A twin knob version (strategically placed) captioned "sample" and "hold".

For the shotgun mic men (or lycra clad singers), "speak into the microphone".

And for the analog purists, a chip pic with the caption, "where's the beef?"

  2. Yanno, when the request for designs was first posted I rattled off the entire Knobs series and sent 'em off to the guy.

Never heard a word back from him. A 'hey...cool designs, I'm gonna use 'em, thanks a lot' email woulda been nice.

  3. Hey Eccentric,

I just emailed you back and forwarded you the original email where I did thank you and tell you I was interested in using those.

It was in response to the email you sent with them, where you say

"Here's some examples for a Knob Shirt line... you could offer them in a full
range of settings...let folks make what they will of 'em.

    Just a thought.

    Kaden"

I responded with "I wanted to put up shirts with the knob design-- i was wondering if you had one for "Decay"

I can make it up myself but want to make sure I have the exact same font and everything to keep things consistent... let me know! Thanks again, they look great!

I think there it shows you said I could put up the design, then i said i was going to use it, and was interested in either making a decay knob, or you making it. I never got a response back from you. Thus I never new which font you used, which is why since I put the design up in August. a decay knob was never added.

I forwarded you the email to clear up the confusion, but I would hate for something like this to ruin my reputation or the stores. I guess this is why all my other designs come from asking people for ideas, and then i come up with the design myself.

I hope this clears it up, and I will go ahead and put a permanant thank you and credit to you on the designs page in my shop.

I sent this all to you in an email, but I think its fair for people to see both sides. Hope this is all cleared up now!

Ill be waiting to hear back from you,

    Jordan

  4. It's all good; a pox on the evil mail gods at GMail though.

I think the font is Arial Black, but it might be one of the Frutigers; I'll try to find my original *.cdr file and confirm.

  6. Thanks a lot daddio and eccentric. I just got out of a North Indian ensemble I am part of (sitar), and will update the knob shirts when I get back home in a few minutes.

Im glad everything got cleared up-- and I guess its not such a bad thing I haven't cleared my mailbox for like 2 years haha!

Thanks again guys, and anyone else out there...keep the ideas coming and I'll do my best to make em' come to life :)

  9. Well these ones were made possible with eccentrics help-- but I always make sure to get new design ideas up within 24 hours, and if I am not in class, its usually within the hour :)

I just want to make my customers happy! and I HATE waiting. :)
