    Well can you rightly call it a clone? It seems to be more of an elaborate mod or repackaging of the insides of an actual Putney being passed off as an original instrument.

    It's a repackage job. This one looks to be in bad shape. Expect to spend thousands to fix it.

    I may buy it for spare parts if mine goes.

    But it really is just an EMS 'Amerikanized' with a story behind it.
