ReplyDeleteThe reason I haven't bought a mono Evolver is because I hate hate hate the stupid 'desktop' form factor (and I'm not interested in the too-pricey poly).
Waldorf lost a sale by me, too, by making Blofeld a desktop- and this is from a guy who loves his XT and was thrilled with Waldorf's return.

man, i'm all over the small form factors. racks are nice, but i really like all the little desktop jobbies myself. i have sworn to never buy anything with a keyboard again - i love my controller, and i love the extra space and the portability. you can cram a helluva lotta power into a backpack these days!

hmm, I wonder if the knobs will be the same as the keyboard.... in the pics they look the same as the poly's knobs.
