Energy - Renoise Project

Renoise is a tracker that indeed loads samples (with sample editing features) and hosts Vsti's, although it does not come with any. It does offer many many built in native effects, which I use extensively throughout my song Energy. For the drums and bass sounds I used samples and for everything else I used multiple instances of Sylenth1 and Vanguard. Those Synths did place quite a load on my underpowered laptop though, forcing me to keep the song more simple than I would have liked. Nevertheless I am happy with the result sofar, but it is still a work in progress, which the open ending of the song reflects. Thank you Matrixsynth for linking to my video :) !
ReplyDeleteWell, with single cycle waveforms as samples, you can use renoise and it's built in effects as a pretty neat lofi wavetable synth.
