To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.

It's a great idea (website). Hard to rate it with nothing there though. If you mean the clip it's neat. Although I don't see how it's very useful. It doesn't seem to track well and couldn't you just tune the two oscillators to get two different notes? I know it's different, but it seems more 'musically' useful.
ReplyDeleteI like the idea for the site. I am a big Korg fan myself. MS-20, 50, among others...
One other thing I was thinking, you might get more if you open it up to Korg MS in general. Although I guess that would ruin the http address ;)
ReplyDeleteHeath, you sound like the ultimate douchebag. Are you actually giving matrixsynth internet 'tips' ? What a douchebag thing to say, "One other thing I was thinking, you might get more if you open it up to Korg MS in general. Although I guess that would ruin the http address" <--- That's the ultimate douchebag comment I've ever heard. Do you realize how long this blog has been up and that its not about the ms-20 or the clips, its a daily cool feed for everything synth. Jesus, get a life. You're such a little douchebag. I virtually slap you.
ReplyDeleteIt's different from detuning oscs. Osc2 triggers a note of the pitch one note before you played. So when you play C first time you only hear C (but with both oscs) then if you play B it sounds B with osc1 and C with osc2. I recreated this with legacy collection. It may not be too useful but very interesting.
ReplyDeleteI was gonna suggest that the dude do a demo on that white Philicorda instead, but he's already done one. Bravo!
ReplyDelete10 points to '8' for being the biggest douchebag of them all.
ReplyDeleteRead the comments in relation to the post, m'lad.
