Goo-Gone will probably clean most of this up. Also, buy a couple of yards of velvet from a fabric store and cut to fit. That's what nice guitar cases are lined with.
I was gonna ask the same question on how to get rid of this stuff. I just bought a Solina String Ensemble from a guy who had left it in his basement in a foam case for awhile and it is covered with this stuff.
eeek...runs to check Prophet-600 now residing in foam laden anvil case.
