The Octopus Project - Music Is Happiness
YouTube via brokencircuit. Anyone know what keyboard she's playing? There's a shot of it at 2:51. Definitely a home keyboard, but I'm not sure which one. Theremin comes in at 1:38.

I love it
hah! played with these guys last week. they're a great band and SUPER nice too.
ReplyDeleteno idea what keyboard that is; i didn't check their keys out. tho it appeared they used software a good bit with a microkorg controlling it. lots of boss sp samplers too.
also, she used a moog anniversary edition theremin live. pretty sure that's the only time in my life i'll ever say "wow. that's a pretty sweet theremin."
Looks like a Yamaha PSS-570 to me... but don't quote me. I enjoyed the music, too :)
ReplyDeleteits a 470
ReplyDeleteDoesn't matter - it's a video - they probably just used whatever was handy. Has no relation to what you're hearing most likely.
ReplyDeleteI love these guys, and am totally in love (in a metaphorical, non-creapy way) with their keyboardist/thereminist.
