  4. I agree that capes are a must for the keyboardist. Witness the concert sequence of the film School of Rock.

    My band once did a show in which all five members wore capes and fake mustaches. The drummer took off his cape because he got too warm.

    I saw MGMT on Late Night With Conan and they all had capes. I realized then that the circle is unbroken, the snake eats its tail. Edgar Winter had capes, eyeliner, and keytar way back in the 1970s. And, of course, Liberace could rock a cape, as andrew notes above. Don't know if Lib ever rocked a keytar.
