ARP Omni-2 Demo
YouTube via officialmikethompson
"Recently-acquired ARP Omni-2 (mk2 version of the original Omni). There didn't seem to be any decent demos on YouTube so I figured I'd post this. This unit works well with the exception of the release section (foot pedal or slider) where it continues to hold random, stuck-on notes. Time for capacitor replacement! This is a common problem for the Omni anyway."

1st i want to thank you for posting some awesome demos of the Arp Omni-2. it's been a secret weapon of mine for years. even though there are a lot of them out there not a lot of people today seem to realize what they are capable of doing or how awesome they sound (mostly because most of them don't work... :) )
ReplyDelete2nd, i want to thank you because i have a minty reconditioned Arp Omni-2 i'm selling & thanks to your vids i don't have to post anything on my own - & you surely just increased it's value.
last, i want to compliment you on some nice playing & music. you have far exceeded the standard crap that normally makes it's way to this site. nothing less than this should be allowed to post... great job.
