"unique, one of a kind Blacet Digital Pattern Generator for a modular synthesizer system. A real piece of synthesizer history.
It was planned for production, but never made it: instead, John Blacet wrote an article about how to make the module as a kit in the then popular magazine Synapse. See

The DPG is basically the predecessor of the Blacet Binary zone BZ2300 Complex Control Voltage Generator. See http://www.blacet.com/BZ.html
This particular module was built as a prototype by John Blacet himself in the 1970’s, and served as the original for the article in Synapse. I know John built it, as I bought it directly from him years ago. This is not a production model, it's a hand made module on stripboard with a hand made front panel. Some functions are etched in the metal (see pics). This would be a truly unique addition to any modular system. It interfaces with mini jacks, though conversion to something like banana plugs wouldn't be difficult as they will fit on the same holes."
