I have to say, whoever did the keybed for the Blokeys, it's one of the best (top2) I've ever played.. and I've probably owned at least 50 different synths in the last 35 years... feels a bit like my old Virus C, but more responsive, solid. If you really like to MAKE sounds and patches, this is a great machine.. I haven't been as excited about a new synth since my D-50 in '87

  2. Personally I think that if you like to make patches it's convenient to have knobs for most parameters, the Blofeld, much like the D-50, does not.

  3. spend some time with the interface and see for yourself...It's very easy. Take my Virus C.. not anywhere as much fun to program as the Blofeld despite having lots more knobs... I spent tons of time with D50 (no programmer), it, like the Blofeld inspires you make brand new sounds
