ReplyDeleteYou know, I have to say that album kind of blows. I didn't think there were really any sounds that are defined by the instruments used. For all intents and purposes he really could have used anything and said it was something else. Also, the music was less then stellar.
ReplyDeleteI guess it just really drives home my point that the standards for electronic music are really low. Sorry for being a Debbie Downer but I had to get that off my chest.
B+, thanks for your review of my album. i am of course open to criticism but i don't understand how you feel these tracks don't sound like the instruments they were recorded on as infact they are just the synthesisers on their own with no effects or processing added. how do you suggest i could have made them sound any more like themselves?
