Yes! It's definitely possible to modify the MC-505...This is just a quick (and shitty) run-through before I post the how-to tutorial over at trebledeathsystem.com For those who are curious, the MIDI, effects, sequencer, and D-Beam controller are completely unaffected. Furthermore, absolutely no post audio effects were added...all sounds are coming from the 505. The tutorial will be posted very, very soon.     Oh man, I just saw that video and its incredible that something like that is possible.
    Its like an ANGRY 505 (OMG I AM SOO ANGRYYYY RIGHT NOW!!!)

    I've seen this used in real life.

    It's maddeningly awesome to behold such sounds coming out as wire is wrapped around and around.

    Adds a real tactile element to the deal.
