Looks like a mini-Bass Station!
ReplyDeleteMy first keyboard *ever* was a PSS-20. I wish I still had it. Never knew what happened to it.
ReplyDeleteThe PSS-20 is a wonderful little quirky keyboard, even without modifications. It's a strange combination of digital and analogue. The percussion is to die for. The fact that the volume control actually works as a sort of bit crusher effect, not just altering the sound volume but the overall sound timbre makes it even nicer.
ReplyDeleteOnly downside is that the envelopes don't completely kill off the volume so you get a low volume tone in the background when it's supposed to be quiet.
