dms-20 proof of concept
YouTube via mustakl. This is a KORG Legacy Collection MS20 USB controller with an eee pc 701 netbook tucked in the case. Note the pic below. The result? You can play the MS20 stand alone. You can find more details on the project by Marc Nostromo on noise pages.

not really standalone... the computer is just somewhere else, right? neat nonetheless.

ReplyDeleteyea, that's what i mean by "somewhere else." i guess i'd rather have a fully functional laptop AND a ms-20 controller than a hacked laptop stuffed inside a ms-20 controller.
