Waldorf MiniWorks 4-Pole

via this auction
"The MiniWorks is a stand-alone 4-pole resonant analog filter and modulation module. Use it to create those Daft-Punk filter sweeps on entire drum & rhythm loops! Run any sounds, synthesizers or loops through it and filter them with a truly analog-like VCF filter that is not only very flexible but MIDI controllable as well! There are many modulation sources that can be programmed between the extensive VCF, VCA, envelope and LFO sections and these settings can be stored in the (20) user memory patches. The MiniWorks can also be overloaded for a lo-fi crunchy sound too!

The VCA get be set to always open, triggered by a audio threshold or MIDI. All parameters are MIDI CC controlled and the LFO goes up to audio rate - which makes it possible to do some very complex FX.

One of the best 24dB LowPass Filters ever made. It is analog and warm. Originally developed for the synthfreaks, this device is famous for guitar. A touch wah,via Midi a Wah Wah,via LFO or external input a kind of Monsterstepfilter, an envelope follower, a Noise Gate or a compressor a panner,a pseudo Ringmodulator, a signal to Midi converter, a panner and so on and on. The 4Pole can be used and routed in an unbeliveable way. And this in an easy way. The main function is the Filter.and what a great Filter this is. 24dB LowPass with Resonance. Resonance can be so strong, that the Filter selfoscilates and produces a audible Sinewave."
