Update via Phillip in the comments: "If I'm not mistaken, there aren't too many of these around. Looks like a Prophet 3000 controller, of which some 250 complete units were made (according to this SOS article)

If you're looking for one, I have to think a $20 opening bid sounds pretty nice. . ."
