KORG MS-10 HQ SOUND DEMO - vintage synthesizer 1978
YouTube via AnalogAudio1
"The semimodular monophonic Korg MS-10 hit the market 1978 and was the small brother of the popular MS-20. It can be seen as a cutdown version of the MS-20. It has 1 VCO, 1 VCF, 1 ADSR, 1 LFO and an ADSR envelope. It has one feature, that the MS-20 doesn't has: PWM - pulse width modulation. It can be modulated by the LFO, ADSR, Keyboard, Noise or any other external source. It also has an input jack for external signals - which can be treated with the filter and envelopes.
It has a 12 dB filter - similar to the MS-20 lowpass filter. The possibilities are not endless, but you can think of it like an useful expansion to your MS20. If you don't have a MS-20, don't worry - the MS-10 delivers some typical MS-20 sounds - but only a fraction of them. However, the MS-10 sounds great - raw, electronic basses, dirty leads, interesting FX... and you can treat sounds with the filter.
In this demo, I played the MS-10 with Roland DEP-5 (delay) and Lexicon MPX 500 (reverb)."

started out as a demo of the same ol' sounds you always see in an MS-10 demo ... but you worked your way into showing the bad assness that never gets shown with this synth! ... it can be VERY warm and thick sounding! --- awesome job!
