I'm guessing that's a bed to the right, which means... it's time for a poll.

  1. Come to think of it, my TG77 is now old enough to marry without getting consent from Yamaha.

  2. "I'm guessing that's a bed to the right" ... you are correct. I have no choice but to share my room with all the synths and the 3 cats.

  3. This is an interesting topic. I also have no choice but to share my room with my synths, but I am more than happy to do so. I am so attached to all my synths, that having them in another room would be difficult. I would not like it and would worry about them even though I know they would be ok. Having all my synths in my room with me gives me a sense of security and well being. I have played synths everyday for 20 years, since I was 6 years old and they mean the world to me. I program patches late at night, fall asleep and wake up buried under a synth and tangled up in headphone wires and midi cables. lol, Other times, I simply am tired and am too lazy to pick up a 27lb synth at 4 in the morning, so I just shove it to the other side of the bed and put it back on it's stand in the morning. My friend makes fun of me when she comes to wake me up sometimes.
When I was little, I thought synths had feelings and emotions and were alive, like the radio was alive too since it talked. lol I know synths are not alive, but I still hang onto a slight feeling that synths "know" they are cared about. Hey, some people in other cultures feel that rocks have spirits and should be respected. Synths should be respected too. Right? (sorry to get off topic!) :)(I can just hear my sister and friend saying "...WTF?!" and laughing right now!)
