via this auction"Realistic/Moog Concertmate MG-1, model 42-4000, serial #4256 written in marker. SUPER clean and well taken care of. Was owned by one older fella up until this point; it sat in his hobby room since the mid 80's being played occasionally. These are a Moog synth that were made for Realistic/Radio Shack; it's Moog circuits with a few less knobs and switches, etc. Purely Moog sound! Has excellent oscillators, filters, and modulator. It has two voices, and is polyphonic. There are trigger and pitch control jacks to link in with an analog system, and stereo RCA outputs and inputs. Comes with WELL PRESERVED original owner's manual."
