They have the resister on the top and three of the chips have one pin bent out (thats how they were in the synth). At least 3 say phil on the back meaning made in the philapines with number 22 and another 18 or 13 ,hard to read and the third no number. The chips have been stored in a static proof bag and will ship that way."
