Studio Electronics ATC-1 Analog Synthesizer

via this auction

"comes with external filter cartridges (shown in picture on top of unit) that are fully analog clones of the Roland TB303, ARP 2600 & Oberheim SEM filters. There is an external audio input, so you can run any audio through the filters you like. It aslo has CV / gate out, so it can be used to convert midi to CV/gate signal which can be used to control older analog synthesizers that were manufactured without midi."
