The MIDI retrofit gives total control over your bass lines and with it you can completely bypass the tedious built-in sequencer. Now, a lot of people will tell you that the only way to get the true TB-303 sound is by using the sequencer, which I personally think is quite true. You can get around this by using the MIDI OUT of the retrofit. You can output the genuine 303 sequences into your DAW and this way you will still have the great 303 rhythm/tightness. I definitely wouldn't have had as much fun with this 303 if it wasn't for this great retrofit!"
