Hexaphone - Motion Filter

YouTube via hexaphonejam | September 22, 2010

"Hexaphone's Motion Filter is like a wah-wah pedal that uses your accelerometer to filter the sound of the keyboard.

The filter is a 24db Resonant Lowpass filter - you can adjust the filter's resonance ("Q") with the SETUP - FILTER REZ slider - this makes the sound 'wetter'."

  1. I bought this without properly reading the description, having the impression from this video that Hexaphone WAS an accelerometer controlled filter, whereas in fact it's another fairly straightforward keyboard, with a nice accelerometer>filter implementation.

    Silly me!

  2. @sleazybkk Sorry for the mixup - I've changed the description on the video to try to add more clarity.

Also - the audio quality got kind of borked when I uploaded the video to YouTube - the app sounds better than that video would imply.
