Spunkytoofers circuit bent yamaha pss790 vector synth

via this auction

"this instrument is capable of those evolving wavetable ppg type sounds by vector control joystick movements. adding in circuit bending adds the most unusual timbres available from any vector synth. this is a one of a kind unique synthesizer. the frequency in which i find these are typically once a year or less due the rare nature of this keyboard. this vector synth is not unlike the tg33 vector synths i modify although this has the strange functions of a self composition glitch that can be variably controlled in density and sustain as well as different types of selectable self composition styles from it's dedicated rotary switch. using the rotary patchbay in conjunction with the random control section yields even more variables. the unusual thing about the random self composition is that it transmits over midi in addition to its own internal sound generation...

besides self composition you can play the keyboard manually, over midi, by the onboard 8 track sequencer, utilizing vector control and original functionality while circuit bending the sounds to extreme by utilizing the 24 point rotary patchbay. it basically can route any point to any point within the 24 points of the patchbay very quickly and with as much free flexiblity of a banana patchbay without the mess of cables and the instantanous controls a rotary patchbay has to offer. that means more power. and realtime flexiblity. the getlofi ltc1799 oscillator allows over 2 octave control over sample rate via knob control, lfo automation or by using light and shadows from your hand to control the photocell onboard. all controls have been elegantly laid out and the seller has had plenty of experience with this board. since this board has been one of the seller's all time favorites you can be assured that alot of heavy consideration and planning went behind these bends.."

* overall power switch- battery use
* quick reset- battery use
* momentary freeze button for random self composition controls
* toggle switch for activate random self composition mode
* knob continously controls density of random self composition from dense to sustained note
* 12 point rotary switch with pointer knob selects 12 types of random self composition modes
* 4 switches connects a matrix of 4 seperate rotary switches. each rotary switch has 12 points that is freely routed to a 24 point patchbay. the system is as flexible as a banana patchbay without the mess of cords.
* lfo controls for rate and depth with vintage green dialco lighting
* getlofi precision ltc1799 injects clock signals for over 2 octaves of frequency control over sample rate
* switch selects between ltc1799 injection or original clock signal
* 1 gold chicken head knob for continous control of sample rate frequency
* 2 random phase lighting leds mounted on steel bezels
* 2 blue jewels with bright lighting indicating power status
* all components are extemely durable and heavy duty made for machinery so the components can take the abuse
* the plastic joystick knob has been replaced by a classy chrome vintage joystick tip with a dark green glass top
* overall a few light scuffs but the instrument is cosmetically excellent and all functions are perfect without issues. no missing parts
