"The USB-Octomod is a USB device which allows generation of computer-controlled analog synthesizer control voltages in the range of approximately +/- 5V. Using a small open-source and cross-platform host application, the user is able to control the 8 output channels of the Octomod through a simple OSC interface. The OSC interface allows composers, musicians, etc. to control the Octomod from their software environment of choice."
You can find more details on the project on Greg Surges' site here. Be sure to check out his other projects as well.

To reduce spam, comments for posts older than one week are not displayed until approved, usually same day. Do not insult people. For items for sale, do not ask if it is still available. Check the auction link and search for the item. Auctions are from various sellers and expire over time. Posts remain for the pics and historical purposes. This site is meant to be a daily snapshot of some of what was out there in the world of synths.
