Synthesizer-building workshop in Los Angeles
via Noah: "If you're in the Los Angeles, CA area next week, I'd like to invite you all to join me in the workshop I'm teaching. In a very small group, we'll be putting together and customizing the basic Electric Eel synthesizer design which I've designed. If you're not familiar it with it, it's a mobile platform for synths, a single instrument containing a keyboard, knobs, generator, amplifier, and speaker - it has no on/off or volume switch; its volume is proportional to how hard you slide, bounce, or bow the generator! This is the wiki where all the technical information is published. And this is the url for the workshop..."
