"For auction: one of the "Playpad" versions of the Soundlab Mini-synth by Health Club Music- only two Playpad versions were ever made! The interface should be pretty self-explanatory to those interested in this auction- mostly patched with banana cables plus a few 1/4" ins and main out as well. This synth is in the same physical and working condition it was in when it arrived new. The unit requires 12VAC/500mA and will come with a normal wall wart power supply for 120VAC/60Hz outlets so is ready to use for standard US outlets. More info and audio samples can be found here"

  1. I would not touch this stuff with a 10 foot pole, since this company perpetuates FRAUD by stealing people's money for custom made work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  2. I agree Travis Peters from Health Club is a fraud and a thief. They take your money and run.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS and report to your local Cyber Crime Unit. Amazing that he still keeps his site active and continues scamming people.
AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID and please spread the word.

  3. Yep it's all too true. Avoid Health Club Music at all costs. Note only does Travis steal from musicians, he damages the trust people have for small synth manufacturers.

  4. Actually, just when I'd given up all hope, he sent an image of the synth he's building, and it's exactly as I specified (a rather unique modular setup). Perhaps he's just very slow... and not so good with emails. I really do hope that it reaches me. We'll see how it pans out, I'd like to think the best.

  5. I have a health club Switcheroo, but not the power source. There is no reference to whether it is 12VAC, or 12VDC.
Does anyone have info on this??? Thanks!

    1. I reached out to a contact. They said it's 12vAC. "something like this w/ at least 500mA of juice.
