    Had the wrong link and can't find it anymore. I went ahead and pulled it from the post. Thanks for sharing the scan! I almost didn't put this one up because of the quality of the image but thought it was interesting enough to post. I'm glad I did now. This is a great example of how posts that might not seem worthwhile turn into something really worthwhile. I put a new post up so people don't miss it here. Thank you!
