General Electric Cased Voice of Saturn Synthesizer

via this auction

"This auction is for an aptly named synthesizer, built into an antique metal chasis that once house an old General Electric multimeter. This is true synth DIY goodness.

Home-made, one of a kind synth that uses the Voice of Saturn circuit. Using 3 oscilators and LFO control, it produces an endless supply of drones, bleeps, bloops, buzzes, sweeps and noise. It can be hooked up to a sequencer and controlled, but it does not track note for note - rather you'll get organized rhythmic patterns of notes. Check out the video of the synth in action and the samples here (coming soon) that demonstrate some of the loop and composition possibilities."
