"This is a quick jam of the song I'm working on, Mbali Mbrace. Testing out the fx and recording levels. All percussion in this song was sequenced on the ‪@rolandglobal‬ TR-1000. The vocal samples were imported, chopped, transposed, and layered in with the percussion, all within the 1000. The pads and keys were recorded live from the SH-4D, and in through the Ext In of the 1000. All FX are from within the TR-1000."

No mention of what the Michael Angelo reference is to. Guessing it's a custom skin. Michelangelo is supposed to be one word if it's a reference to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, though. If anyone knows, feel free to comment. I'm not finding anything online. Just thought it was an interesting color and an interesting skin to capture in the archives.

"Custom Roland Juno 106 serviced, painted, and modded by the synth spa in late 2017. This Juno 106 is super clean, works perfect perfectly, and is one of a kind. The color is cream and all the graphics, program lights, and mod wheel are all custom. Synth spa also socketed the main processor so it’s easily removed if you should ever decide to do the kiwi. The sides are Custom too but kind of wish I would’ve gone with a matte/satin finish because they’re a little overly glossy(see pictures,) but still nice. This synth is in great shape and playsas it should. If you’re familiar with this synthesizer, it’s the voice chips that can go bad but these were fully restored when this synth was customized and should continue to stay strong for a long time."

"Original SCI Pro-One with MTG Turbo MIDI kit installed!

Cosmetically, it's seen better days, but sonically - it works. Has been stored for two years and some key contacts needed playing after that time. It's time for a new home where it's appreciated!

The instrument was serviced in 2023 by the legendary Greg Montalbano of Analog Synth Service in Oakland.

Cleaned, tuned & scaled. Assessment: MTG MIDI unit works, but the CV option was incorrectly soldered, and the DAC for the optional CVs doesn't work. Upgraded fixed power cord to removable IEC power socket"
