"Finally back after the summer break with a new IDM take on the classic Elektron silver machines.

In addition used the BOSS CE1 for thickening the pads.
Live recorded in a single take on 1010 BlueBox. Reverb added here.

"Took Boss RC-505 looper to expand Six-Trak's six voice polyphony. Also Roland JD-Xi made additional drums, percussios and bass. Six-Trak's sounds were track 1 11: Brass 3, track 2 03: Synth with resonance, track 3 05: Ariel, track 4 07: Plucky 1 and track 5 08: Son of org, lead 30: Donald Duck organ. JD-Xi additional snare drums, cymbals and Analog Tone bass with arp to track 1. RC-505 master clock, five track loops, Simple Beat 2 style also pan, chorus and reverb effects used. Sony FDR-AX43A video camera. Track 1 bass part is familiar to Gary Numan Cars song :) Composed, played, arranged and improvised by me in Studio Tupos 3.8.2026. Nr. 1669.
Otin sitten taas vaihteeksi Boss RC-505 loopperin mukaan musantekoon. Sain sillä laajennettua Six-Trakin kuuden äänen polyfoniaa loopperin viidelle raidalle. Käytin Six-Trakista kuusi soundia. Mukana myös Roland JD-Xi se tarjosi snaret, cymbaalit ja analogisen bassoarpin. RC-505 tallensi viisi raitaa, kellotti kaiken sekä tarjosi pan, chorus ja reverb effut. Kuvaamisessa käytin Sony FDR-AX43A videokameraa. Kappaleen toisessa synabassoraidassa yhtäläisyyksiä Gary Numanin Cars-biisin synabassokuvioon."

"Happy Easter! Here in the UK we get a 4-day weekend, such a wonderful treat. For the very first time this year I've actually had enough spare time to sit in my studio for an hour, just relax, look around for a synth I haven't played in ages, and noodle on a keyboard for the fun of doing it. This little snippet of music was the outcome, noodling on a very special synth, the Vermona Perfourmer MkII. Effects are courtesy of two of my most favourite pedals, the Boss RE-202 and the Erica Synths Nightverb (well, the Nightverb is a desktop unit rather than a pedal but you get the gist!)"

Rhodes and Prophet-10 Simple Recording Track | Warm arms 2026-03-19 by atnr

"A track created with Rhodes MKII, Prophet-10, OP-1 field, drums, and bass. It is built from simple performance and recording.

The Rhodes MKII is played with chorus from the CE-5. After recording, it is processed through Lofi Tape in the DAW.

On the Prophet-10, a synth lead is performed while switching patches during playback.

On the OP-1 field, sampled voice is played with the FAZOR effect. It is further processed through MOOD MKII with reverb and MicroLoop.

The bass is recorded through a BASS DRIVER DI. The drums are recorded separately and edited in the DAW, then processed as a group through Lofi Tape."
