Superbooth 2025: Moog Messenger with Erik Norlander
video upload by Pro Synth Network
"Robbie chats with Erik Norlander, Director of Keyboard Product Development for the inMusic Family of Brands, about the brand new Moog Messenger mono synth."
Post-Superbooth with ORIGAMI
video upload by LARIX ELEKTRO
"Back from Superbooth 2025 Berlin !
I didn't have the time to test the Origami oscillator. Because the last prototype was done just before... ...so I went to the superbooth without knowing how the module sounded !
After 3 days of trying it, here some of the many sounds it can produce.
Redone in the studio.
(More to come, of course)
Enjoy
(Ok, I'm adding FX, just to put the sound in context)"

NEW from NOVATION at Superbooth 2025: Launch Control XL MK3 and more
video upload by Hispasonic
"In this video from Superbooth 2025, Chris Calcutt from Novation presents the latest news from the brand. He highlights the launch of the new Launch Control XL MK3, a MIDI controller with 24 encoders, 8 faders and 16 programmable buttons. This new version includes a display that allows easy visualization of what is being controlled, as well as MIDI output for use with external hardware.
Launch Control XL v3 offers advanced integration with DAWs such as Ableton Live, Logic and Cubase, allowing script-level control. The ability to save up to 15 different configurations makes it extremely versatile. It can be connected to devices such as Circuit Tracks for full access to deep synth parameters directly from the hardware.
Novation Components software allows full customization of all Launch Control XL controls, including high-resolution (14-bit) configurability and hotkey assignment.
The Launch Control XL v3 is expected to hit stores during the summer of 2025.
Also shown is the Launch Key 37, now available in white, unchanged in features but with new aesthetics. In addition, they present the special Swifty edition of the Bass Station 2, with artwork designed by the artist Swifty, who appears in the video making a work for the booth.

Xaoc introducing Oradea and Arad | Superbooth 2025
video upload by Thomann Synthesizers
"XAOC launched Oradea and its expander, Arad. The Oradea is an analog quad resonator featuring four bandpass filters designed to process and generate sounds while maintaining exceptionally high resonance and Q values. The emphasis was on creating a resonator effective for "pinging" without self-resonating, ensuring audible pings even at high frequencies. Each channel of Oradea hosts individual controls for frequency, peaking, and volume, which can be modulated via CV inputs."
Redshift 6 - Superbooth 2025 Sound Demo
video upload by Supercritical Synthesizers
"Hear all our multitimbral Redshift 6 presets for the Superbooth 2025 — no talking, just pure playing.
These presets showcase a wide variety of sounds, from classic analog poly-synth layer splits to rich single-layer textures and one-key wonders.
The Redshift 6 is a 6-voice analog poly, but with 16 oscillators per voice, it goes far beyond the capabilities of a traditional 6-voice synth. Each voice can be played paraphonically, significantly extending the overall polyphony.
Thanks to its flexible voice allocation, voices can be used in splits, layers, or as fully independent parts — each with its own MIDI channel and controls. In essence, every voice is its own synthesizer. And with paraphony, even a single voice can become a polyphonic synth.
All the sounds in this demo are played live using a single Redshift 6, with no external FX.
Huge thanks to Novation for the Launchkey 61 MK4!
The multitimbral beta firmware is available now on the Supercritical Discord for all Redshift 6 users."
Boom Chick & Assembler by Pittsburgh Modular & Cre8Audio | Superbooth 2025
video upload by Thomann Synthesizers
"At Superbooth 2025, Cre8audio and Pittsburgh Modular unveiled two new analog devices: the Boom Chick drum machine and the Assembler mixer, both designed for standalone use and Eurorack integration.
The Boom Chick is a five-voice analog drum machine featuring kick, snare, hi-hat, and two versatile percussion voices capable of FM synthesis and wave shaping. Its six-track sequencer offers step and live modes, polyrhythms, Euclidean pattern generation, and performance tools like swing, humanize, and probability. Connectivity includes individual trigger inputs and outputs, MIDI I/O, clock sync, and reset, with output levels suitable for Eurorack systems.
The Assembler is a 10-channel analog mixer with six mono and two stereo inputs, each equipped with preamps offering up to 20x gain, soft compression, and signal contouring. It features three post-fader aux sends with corresponding returns, a dedicated headphone cue output, and compatibility with both line-level and Eurorack signals. The mixer can function as a standalone desktop unit or be mounted in a 40HP Eurorack space.
Both devices are expected to be available in mid-May 2025."

12 synths, drum machines, FX & innovations you need to know from Superbooth 2025
video upload by MusicRadar Tech
"For a few years now, Berlin’s Superbooth show has been a focal point for music technology gear announcements, but the 2025 iteration took this to another level. The sheer volume and variety of new music making gear on display in and around the FEZ event space was beyond anything we’ve seen in previous years.
MusicRadar was on the ground to test everything we could get our hands on. As the show drew to a close Managing Editor Si Truss, Reviews Editor Simon Arblaster and Tech Channel Editor Matt Mullen found a quiet corner in the woods to sit down for a roundtable (sans table) discussion about their highlights from the 2025 Superbooth show floor."

Superbooth 2025 Highlights
video upload by Thomann Synthesizers
"Just got back from this year´s Superbooth in Berlin. Here are some of our highlights.
Frap Tools just might have dropped the polysynth of the year. Intellijel surprised us with a stunning desktop mixer.
Haken Audio & La Voix Du Luthier’s resonator turns any synth into an acoustic instrument—and Korg’s Phase 8 is finally production-ready. Superbooth 2025 came through!”

GIGANTIC controller for YAMAHA MONTAGE M
video upload by Hispasonic
Click CC on the bottom of the player for subtitles.
"Just seeing and touching this marvel has already justified going to Superbooth 2025. Two huge hardware editors that show the guts of ANX and FMX, two of the synthesis systems available in Montage M.
You can imagine the feeling of being in front of such a display of controls to edit a synth with the power of Montage. PG-Anx and PG-Fmx aesthetically rival the huge cabinets of the first experimental hand-built synthesizers.
The front end of the Montage M, with its dual display and faders, encoders, and pushbuttons, is itself an excellent solution for sound creation. And the software version of the Montage M (ESP) can also be used as a keyboard editor for those who prefer it. But there is no doubt that being in front of these monstrous panels is irreplaceable.
In case anyone is tempted to purchase them: as you can imagine, it is not Yamaha's intention to market them. Too bad!"
