pg8x: virtual synthesizer

New VSTi inspired by the JX-8P in development.

"Features:
* 6 voice polyphony
* Two DCO's with Saw, Square, Pulse, Noise
* Hard Sync and Ring Modulation
* Two exponential envelop generators
* 24 dB resonant LP filter
* HP filter (3 stages)
* Stereo Chorus

Technical information:
* Framework (GUI) in Synthedit
* Sound generation (DCOs and VCF) entirely in custom modules
o C++/Assembler
o SSE code
* 12-fold oversampled oscillator
* 4-fold oversampled filter
* Custom voice allocation

To do:
* fine tune the ADSR timings, oscillator levels, filter frequencies, etc.
* Further optimizations to reduce the CPU load
* Implement the unison modes
* Sysex support for importing JX8P patches"
