You can find the template via Tom, aka 80sboy on the iOSMIDI forum here. I'm guessing this will work with the Alpha Juno as well.
"My first template for a very straightforward synth, setup on Midi 1. If you have the synth in edit mode it will update the display when you make changes. I like sliders on the ipad, easier for me to use, but suggestions are welcome! Amazing program!"
